中国式现代化是符合世界现代化一般规律的现代化，离不开对现代化一般规律的基本遵循。党的十一届三中全会以来，我国得益于对外开放的基本国策，不断深化认识并践行现代化一般规律，经济社会发展取得了全面进步。中国特色社会主义进入新时代，党和国家提出了中国式现代化理论、目标，以及全方位对外开放的政策主张。通过全方位对外开放，进一步认识并践行关于物的现代化、人的现代化、制度现代化等现代化一般规律，是新时代中国特色社会主义现代化建设的新需要。中国式现代化的成功实践，经过世界上大多数国家的验证与认可，必将在人类既往数百年的现代化成就的基础上，为21世纪的人类社会现代化一般规律，增添新的内容，作出新的贡献。

Chinese modernization is a modernization that conforms to the general laws of world modernization, and cannot be separated from the basic compliance with the general laws of modernization. Since the Third Plenum of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, China has benefited from the basic national policy of opening up to the outside world,continuously deepened its understanding and practiced the general laws of modernization, and made comprehensive progress in economic and social development. As socialism with Chinese characteristics enters a new era,the Party and the state have put forward the theory and objectives of Chinese modernization,as well as the policy of comprehensive opening up. Through comprehensive opening up to the outside world,further understanding and practicing the general laws of modernization such as modernization of materials,modernization of people,and modernization of systems is a new requirement for the modernization construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. The successful practice of Chinese modernization,which has been verified and recognized by most countries in the world,will certainly add new content and make new contributions to the general laws of modernization of human society in the 21st century on the basis of mankind' s achievements in modernization for hundreds of years.
